Welcome to SystemMaster. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (systemmaster.in) and the services we provide, including ERP systems, workflow trackers, sales systems, AI agents, mobile apps and custom software solutions. By accessing this website or signing up for any service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

SystemMaster is a business automation company founded and operated by Sunil Tiwari. We have 8+ years of experience in building ERP systems, workflow automation tools and custom software for growing businesses.

2. Services

  • Ready-made ERP and CRM systems.
  • Workflow trackers, delegation systems and inquiry systems.
  • HRMS, hiring systems, attendance and payroll tools.
  • AI chatbots, AI calling agents and WhatsApp automation.
  • Zoho setup, integrations and n8n / data scraping solutions.
  • Fully custom software, mobile apps and websites.

3. Account Sign-Up

When you sign up on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential.

4. Free Demo & Live Demos

Our demo pages use sample data only. They are for showcase purposes — helping you understand how our systems work. Any data entered in demos is temporary and not stored permanently.

5. Payment & Refund

  • Pricing is shared as a written quote before the project starts.
  • Most projects follow a milestone-based payment schedule.
  • Refunds are handled case-by-case based on work completed. Advance payments are typically non-refundable once development begins.
  • Subscription-based services are billed periodically and can be cancelled with prior notice.

6. Customisation Work

Custom-built systems are tailored to your business. Scope, features and timeline are agreed before work begins. Significant mid-project changes may impact cost and delivery — we will always inform you in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SystemMaster website is the property of SystemMaster unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or distribute our material without written permission. For custom client systems, delivered software is licensed to the client for their business use. SystemMaster retains the right to reuse generic modules in other projects.

8. Limitation of Liability

SystemMaster shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • Loss of business, revenue or data due to misuse, third-party integration outages or external service issues.
  • Issues from not following agreed usage or backup procedures.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Our systems often integrate with services like IndiaMART, Google, Zoho, WhatsApp Business. We are not responsible for changes, pricing or downtime of these third-party services.

10. Support & Maintenance

Post-delivery support is provided as per the agreed plan. Bug fixes during the warranty period are free. New features after delivery are quoted separately.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or service in case of:

  • Non-payment after multiple reminders.
  • Misuse of our systems for illegal or harmful activity.
  • Violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the state where SystemMaster is registered.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
