Make business software simpler, connected and practical
Our mission is to reduce scattered tools, repetitive work and disconnected reporting by building systems that connect people, processes and data.
From Excel-based reporting and data systems to ERP, CRM, connected workflows and AI-powered automation — SystemMaster has continuously evolved around the real operating needs of the businesses we serve.

Our mission is to reduce scattered tools, repetitive work and disconnected reporting by building systems that connect people, processes and data.
We are building toward a future where businesses can manage sales, people, finance, operations, automation and decision-making from connected digital systems.
Modern, modular systems designed to grow with users, branches, workflows and integrations.
We understand how your team actually works before recommending a ready product or building custom software.
We look for repetitive work, delays and manual reporting that can be simplified with automation.
Deployment is not the finish line. We plan for adoption, improvements, maintenance and future scale.

Sunil Tiwari's journey began with a practical interest in making repetitive work easier. What started with data forms, Excel reporting and BI gradually expanded into business workflows, enterprise software, integrations and automation.
“The technology has changed continuously, but the purpose remains the same — understand how a business actually works, identify where time and effort are being lost, and build a system that makes operations simpler, faster and more measurable.”
Each stage added another layer: better data, stronger workflows, connected business operations, automation, integrations and now AI-assisted systems.
The journey began with data-entry forms, structured Excel reporting, BI dashboards, college projects and professional presentations. The early focus was already clear — reduce repetitive work and turn raw information into useful visibility.
The work expanded into university and education-focused projects including student registration workflows, structured data systems, email automation and customized applications, alongside continued freelance projects.
SystemMaster began building systems for business teams: sales trackers, employee performance systems, management reporting and BI dashboards — helping managers understand activity, responsibility, pending work and performance.
Requirements became interconnected, leading to work across FMS, IMS, HRMS, PMS, WhatsApp automation, HR systems and automated reporting. The focus shifted from isolated software toward connected processes.
Between 2022 and 2025, the founder continued structured learning around business systems and implementation thinking, including Business India Coaching programs and exposure to approaches associated with Rahul Jain and Sanjeev Jain, while continuing to solve diverse custom client requirements.
The focus expanded into advanced sales systems, CRM and ERP solutions, support sections, customer portals, Zoho integrations and connected operational workflows designed to improve response, control and management visibility.
Website and app development, AI chat automation, inquiry capture, lead-management automation, multi-source lead integration and n8n workflows helped bring scattered business activity into connected ERP/CRM environments.
SystemMaster is now combining ERP, CRM, HRMS, FMS, PMS, IMS, workflow automation, WhatsApp automation and reporting experience with AI agents, intelligent lead capture, automated follow-ups and AI-assisted business workflows.
R&D remains continuous. New technologies are explored, tested and adapted only when they can solve a real business problem and create measurable value for clients.
From 2022 to 2025, the founder continued expanding knowledge in business processes, growth systems and implementation approaches alongside software development. This included learning through Business India Coaching programs and exposure to business-system thinking associated with Rahul Jain and Sanjeev Jain.

SystemMaster continuously explores emerging technologies, tests practical use cases and develops working approaches before recommending them to clients. New technology is adopted for business value, not simply because it is new.
Many businesses we have worked with continue to stay connected with SystemMaster as their requirements evolve. A project may start with one workflow, then expand into reporting, integrations, sales, inventory, HR, customer management or AI automation.
